Hosting: Terms
The Terms of Hosting is subject to change and you will agree to comply to any future changes. You shall be notified of any changes that may affect you. These terms apply to both domain and subdomain accounts where applicable. Violation of any of the terms below will result in suspension or termination of service.
Prohibited Content
Any content listed below are strictly forbidden on accounts hosted by SWC Hosting:
- Adult content and/or links to adult content unsuitable for individuals under the age of 18.
- Material that threatens, harasses, offends, harms or discriminates any individual in any way.
- Material that harms or intrudes other accounts hosted at Snow-Willow.Com (e.g. viruses, worms and hacking softwares).
- Material that infringes the copyright or policies of a third-party member or group.
- Illegal content or promotion of illegal content/activities.
Spamming
Transmission of any unsolicited commerical/bulk e-mail or electronic messages that had not been requested by or given permission to accept by the reciever(s) will result in immediate termination of service.
Bandwidth/Disk Usage
Your account will be suspended automatically when you exceed your allocated monthly bandwidth and/or disk quota. Monthly bandwidth will be renewed at the end of each calendar month so your account will be unsuspended at the start of the following calendar month without reactivation charges. If you exceed your disk quota you will need to reduce your disk usage or request for an account upgrade (noting your domain, username and password).
Billing
Payment is due on the same date the account was activated either monthly or annually. Service invoices will be sent out five days before the upcoming billing date if you choose not to pay automatically by recurring subscription. Failure to pay within five days after the billing date will result in account suspension.
Service Suspension/Cancellation
Service may be cancelled immediately anytime by contacting the admin (noting your domain, username and password). All invoices generated prior to service cancellation is required to be paid. No refunds will be given unless service was cancelled within the first 30 days of account activation.
Snow-Willow.Com reserves the right to suspend or cancel our service for you if you violate the SWC Terms of Hosting in any way.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Any hosting service cancellation within the first 30 days of account activation will be granted a full refund provided you have not received a refund with this guarantee before. If you have previously used this guarantee and are signing up for hosting service again, you will have to pay the refunded costs again. This 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee cannot be used by members of a third-party. Domain names will not be refunded.
Confidentiality
No member of a third-party will obtain any of your personal information from SWC Hosting.
Customer Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all content hosted on your server and in keeping your confidential information safe from members of the third-party. It is strongly advised that you keep back-ups for all your files in case of server problems.
Contact Information
It is extremely important to keep your contact information up-to-date at all times so that you may be notified of any changes to your account or the SWC server.
All monetary amounts in the above terms are in USD.
