Online tutoring is an option

In recent years, education has become an important or even a main determinant of one’s future standard of living. Teachers and friends may be of great help when questions arise, but they may not always be available. Whilst I’m lucky enough myself to have smart family members to assist me, others of you that don’t and are finding the struggle, I really do advise finding a tutor.

Tutorialvista.com offers one-on-one tutoring to excel in school and college and personalised homework help services from expert tutors with graduate degrees. They provide help on a whole range of subjects including your nightmare Maths and Algebra. So now, with the convenience of the Internet and 24×7 online tutoring under your belt, there’s no excuse not to submit yourself to some effective study if you really are aiming to achieve!

Oh. Revived.

Thanks for everyone’s support in the past couple of days. I really felt I had to rant out my feelings because oppression drives people nuts and letting it out helps a lot :)

Well, after all that, I finally finished my exams this morning. It was law and… Surprisingly, I found it much easier than the past paper questions. First and second essay was alright but the third was just crazy hard: “Discuss the development of these changing perceptions…” It was a little hard to elaborate on the development of changing perceptions because… What happened? Social changes feed into legal changes, so courts decide on cases in different ways. In the end, I ran out of time to finish the final sentence of my final conclusion. So we leave it at that.

My friend has her last exam in five days so she was pretty relaxed about it and we went shopping in the city, shopping at the local mall, and eventually watched Shrek 3. It was funny and yeah… Finally getting to talk to someone out of my family for the first time in two weeks felt really great.

I just need a person to talk to, a shoulder to lean on and a hand to wipe away my tears when I cry. It’s truly a lot to ask for, isn’t it?

Perhaps it was a mistake to skip to university a year earlier. I miss being in high school and all my friends are still there. Now, I have one close friend in uni, and barely any time for us to chat face-to-face. Over the last semester, I had five classes in a row per day, but with two extra days of break per week. When I stay at home, I still have no friends. One could argue to say that I have my virtual life, with my laptop as my connection to the rest of the world, but I don’t want to be “just another person behind the computer screen” all the time.

From the beginning of 2007 till now, I’ve been out three times with my own friends. (1) Dinner party with workmates; (2) Movies/pool with some friends in April; (3) School ball in May. This is a true case of “deprivation of socialisation”. So I argue with my mum, and she says socialisation is not important for me. How great.

When I lost my ace of hearts, I replaced it with a joker. I wrote “A <3" on it, but I can't rub off that grinning joker face.
